Local people. Real work. Stronger communities.
We are building the easiest way for Ghanaians to find work, hire help and support the businesses in their own neighbourhood.
Our mission
To connect every job seeker, employer and skilled artisan in Ghana with opportunities close to home, so that talent is found, work gets done, and money stays in local communities.
Our vision
A Ghana where anyone with a skill can earn a living in their own town, and where finding a trusted electrician, cashier or driver is as easy as sending a WhatsApp message.
Most work in Ghana is found by word of mouth. We want to make that word travel further.
Job boards in Ghana mostly serve big companies and office roles. Yet most people work in shops, markets, workshops, building sites and homes, and those jobs are still shared on paper notices and WhatsApp forwards.
At the same time, customers struggle to find an electrician or plumber they can trust, while skilled artisans depend on referrals to get their next job.
LocalJobsGh brings all of this into one place: local jobs, verified artisans and real businesses, organised by where you are, across all 16 regions.
What we stand for
The principles behind every feature we build.
Local first
We show what is near you before anything else, because a job across town can cost half the wage in transport.
Trust and safety
Verified artisans, honest reviews, and a firm rule that job seekers never pay to apply.
Made for mobile
Light pages that work on any smartphone and any data bundle. Apply with just a phone number.
For everyone
The market woman, the mason, the graduate and the growing business all belong here.
The team behind LocalJobsGh
LocalJobsGh is designed, built and run by Bestian Company Ltd. Our team builds and supports the platform, verifies artisans and businesses, and listens to feedback from the people who use it every day. If you have an idea, a question or a partnership in mind, we would love to hear from you.
